Betsy Pattern Description: This cute little top hat sits atop the head. Tilt it to one side to strutt your stuff! Top hats were worn throughout history. Victorian inspired, the Betsy Top Hat can be used for the 19th Century, Eighteenth Century, or Steampunk. Curl up sides of the hats brim for a different look. Crown bottom is curved for a curved brim effect. Very popular hat definitely good for Steampunk. |
