Cathy Pattern Description: This is a perky Victorian hat that sits atop the head. The sides can be curled for a different appearance. Great with bustle gowns 1884-1889 or Steampunk. The inspiration for this hat was from Fashion Plate Harper's Bazar August 30, 1884, however, it would be good for Steampunk or any other imaginative costume venue. |
